God, forgive me for not focusing on You during worship.
Forgive me for being so cynical.
Forgive me for being judgmental; of those leading and those worshipping.
Forgive me for thinking it’s all about me.
Forgive me for not putting You first above all things.
Forgive me for going about my life like I don’t need You.
Forgive me for not always accepting Your love.
Forgive me for not giving You the love you so deserve.

Jamie, love your honesty. If I’m going to be honest too, I have to repeat a quote Dave Ramsey mentioned on his show a few weeks ago. “A good Christian keeps the faith, but not to himself.”. This is my confession these days.
